Overly floral, and sweet, this Heirloom Natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a unique, high-scoring, sustainably grown coffee from one of the most famous growing regions among Specialty coffee fans.

Expect strong florals, peach, and white sandalwood aroma during bloom. Gentle, rounded acidity to start, and a velvety mouth-feel that engages you, particularly if you like delicate, cocoa-toned coffees with gentle red fruit acidity and subtle spice notes.

Why love it?
This is a wonderful coffee from the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmer's Cooperative Union "Worka", a cooperative member with 305 individual members each farming less than 4 hectares of land.  It is found in the Gedeb district, approximately 40 miles from the market town of Dilla. It was founded in 2005 and is known for producing a remarkable, high-altitude (> 8000 ft above sea level) natural-processed Heirloom coffee. Coffee cherries are dried under the sun on raised beds and under close attention, and control, over fermentation. The result is a unique, hard-to-find, flavor profile with strong floral and berry aromas.  

Recommendations
Shines in pour-overs, in light to medium roasts. Also great on Drip, French Press, and high-dilution Aeropress.
