Our most unique offering is back for a fourth consecutive edition! This limited release promises a truly memorable coffee experience, blending festive complexity with a delightful, persistent sweetness that’s simply unlike any other coffee offering. A one-of-a-kind cup experience with strong hints of vanilla, molasses, and stone fruits—all coming from a pre-roast secondary fermentation process featuring real vanilla beans and loads of flavor coming from Lugo’s Craft Distillery’s exquisite barrel! Words honestly fail to capture the magic inside this cup, so we’ll leave it to the experience to tell the rest of the story.

As always, this special edition champions beans from our longest, high-impact relationship - Poaquil, Guatemala - which were carefully fermented for 3 months in an American Oak Barrel that previously housed a remarkable batch of Lugo’s Craft Distillery’s Riskey Single Barrel Aged Rum. Lugo’s is a family-run, craft rum distillery just a few miles from the roastery who shares our passion for quality, originality, and impact— and we’re grateful for one more year of this beautiful partnership that’s now become a Holiday tradition for our Ethos family!

We’ll be offering it again on ALL sizes (so you can get our best value in 5 lb bags if you love it and want to enjoy it a bit longer!), and roasting it on our normal schedule (every other day on weekdays). Available until supplies last!
